I have worked as an head of the front office and reservation department. The front office staff deals with guests' requests, from the mundane to the completely outrageous. So, nobody knows the guests better than me! I'm face to face with the guests. No two requests are the same, so I have to deal with each request. Many guests are demanding and they have stang and extravagant requests but they think their requests are normal! You have to be patient. At the end, you will realize that you never get the same day twice and that's the magic of our job!
